Renee O’Connor and Adrienne Wilkinson Support Xena: Their Courage Changed Our World
I had the golden opportunity on my recent trip to the US for the Xenite Retreat to attend Renee’s Uncle Vanya performance in San Pedro (it was FABULOUS to see Renee perform live).
In addition I caught up with the amazing Adrienne Wilkinson at the Xenite Retreat! It was such a treat. While there I took the opportunity to take a long the Xena: Their Courage Changed Our World Journal (the 25th Anniversary wasn’t ready yet so we did a little improvising). There will be some of the journals available at the 2019 AUSXIP Charity Auction in September!

Updated Chapter Index: In Loving Memory of Our Bards and Their Legacy
On the passing of Susanne M. Beck (Sword’n’Quil) this week, I needed to make some changes to the chapter and contributor list. Sue was going to be writing two chapters. I took over one chapter about the Subtext Virtual Season. My thoughts went to the legacy Sue left behind with her brilliant work and then all the other bards that have left us.
I’ve added the following chapter to pay tribute to the legacy these writers left after their passing

Xena: Their Courage Changed Our World Book Details Released
At the recent Xenite Retreat, Xenites got their first look at the upcoming Xena: Their Courage Changed Our World book set – a three volume set – which will be released on September 04, 2020 – Xena’s 25th Anniversary.
I’m pleased to announce that the official site for the book has now been updated with information from the guide. If you were at the Sunday panel I conducted at the Retreat, you will have received a full colour 16 page booklet, including artwork created by Arkie Ring and Linda “Calli” Callahan which were exclusive to the booklet. I will be posting the artwork to the site in addition to all the other images.

Xena: Their Courage Changed Our World Book Trailer
I’m heading to the Xenite Retreat and I have quite a few surprises for those who will attend my panel about How Xena Changed Your Life which of course is what the upcoming Xena: Their Courage Changed Our World book/s are about.
Those lucky bods have the first look at the content of books but not to leave anyone out…here’s a snippet. This is a HUGE collaborative work in progress – 40 Xenites are working on writing their chapters (I’m not kidding) + Xenite submitting their stories, artwork, video etc. Have a look. Xenite Retreat Attendees First Look At Xena: Their Courage Changed Our World
If you are attending the 2019 Xenite Retreat in Lake Hughes, CA in April then you are in for a treat! MaryD will be conducting a panel which will include an first look at the contributor and also chapters for the book. There will also be some giveaways and a few more surprises!
